Sylvia Tompson

Sylvia is a certified Aging Life Care Manager, Certified Dementia Practitioner, and Certified Grief Recovery Method Specialist. She has worked in the field of aging and disability services in the private and public sectors for over 20 years as a Life Care Manager and Advocate. She recently started her own Care Management practice, Holistic Family Solutions, where she provides care management, person-centered planning, grief support, and coaching to individuals, families, as well as professionals as they navigate the complexities of chronic illness and aging.
