Refund Policy

On behalf of the Professional Fiduciary Association of California (PFAC), we would like to thank you for your purchase of a single video or bundle of videos from our Fiduciary Academy library.

There are no refunds for single video purchases. However, if you purchased a single video in error, we allow a one-time substitution of another video from the Fiduciary Academy library providing that you have not received your CE credit for the original video purchased.

If you are seeking a refund of a subscription plan or bundled group of videos, such as the pre-license educational program, finance certificate program, etc., our cancellation policy is as follows:

1 – 60 days, a full refund of classes not watched, less the administrative fee of $75.
61-120 days, 75% refund of classes not watched, less the administrative fee of $75.
121-180 days, 50% refund of classes not watched, less the administrative fee of $75.
181 days or more – no refund.
