Danielle is a senior attorney in the Firm’s Trusts and Estates practice group. Her practice focuses on all aspects of trust and estate litigation, including contested trust and probate administration, and contested conservatorships. Danielle earned her J.D. with distinction from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law and graduated as a member of the Roger J. Traynor Honor Society for academic achievement. While in law school, Danielle took courses in environmental law and intellectual property and obtained the Witkin Award for academic excellence in Patent Prosecution.
