Ashley Rathbun

Ashley E. Rathbun focuses her law practice exclusively on estate planning, trust and probate administration, and estate, gift, and real property taxation. Ashley is licensed to practice law in California and the United States District Court, Southern District of California. Ashley has been designated as a Rising Star (Super Lawyer) in Estate Planning and Probate from 2019 through 2023. She graduated from University of California, Davis, and University of San Diego (USD) School of Law. Ashley has published articles regarding trust and estate issues.
She is a member of the State Bar of California – Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law Section, the Probate Attorneys of San Diego, and Estate Planning Council of San Diego. She is a former Chair of the San Diego County Bar Association’s Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law Section.
