About the Course

Fiduciaries are called on to understand complex tax structures and to implement tax effective retirement account strategies. Failure to do so can cause large tax losses. Are you up for the task? This course will examine common beneficiary designations and which ones to avoid. The rules concerning required minimum distribution rules will be reviewed. And, strategies for reducing taxes payable by the client’s estate, or their beneficiaries, will be reviewed.
