About the Course
NGA Standards of Practice as they relate to billing standards. Also discussed will be the California Rules of Court specifying standards for determining billing for services for estate administration, conservatorships and trust administration. Finally, the discussion will center on the Santa Clara County Rules of Court for Professional Fiduciary billing practices. Emphasis in all three areas will be on the ethics of billing for services.
Russ Marshall, NMG
Russ Marshall is the owner of Marshall Fiduciary Services. He is a registered professional conservator and trustee and a California Licensed Fiduciary. He served as President of the Professional Fiduciaries Association of California in 2002/2003.
Prior to entering private practice, Russ was the Manager of Estate Administration for the Santa Clara County Public Guardian. He served as President in 1993/1994 of the California State Association of Public Administrators/Guardians/Conservators.
Russ is certified by the National Guardianship Association as an Approved Educator. He is also Certified by the Center for Guardianship Certification as a National Master Guardian.
