This course is a review of concepts, terms, law and practical knowledge that is required under the California Professional Fiduciaries Act. It reviews materials that may be presented as part of the California Fiduciary Licensing examination. It is taught by an NGA certified educator.
Russ Marshall is a registered professional conservator and trustee and a California Licensed Fiduciary. He served as President of PFAC in 2002-2003. Prior to entering private practice, Russ was the manager of Estate Administration for the Santa Clara County Public Guardian. He served as President of the California State Association of Public Administrators/Guardians/Conservators in 1993-1994.
Russ is certified by the National Guardianship Association as an Approved Educator. He is certified by the Center for Guardianship Certification as a National Master Guardian.
