As PFAC and its members prepare for 2018, we are looking to a future of changing demographics both with our clientele and within the organization. This webinar is an early stepping stone to a year-long project with Diversity and Social Justice Educator, Jessica Pettitt, of Good Enough Now. Jessica will teach practical and easily applicable steps we can implement immediately to boost our own self-awareness as well as our services to and with others. Join us for an open dialog ranging from ‘knowing what you don't know’ to increasing self-awareness of conscious and unconscious bias. Examples will be shared to improve your practice regarding age, ability, diversity, size, xenophobia, race, language, beliefs, politics, religion, mental health, gender identity/expression, and more. This is a free webinar for PFAC members. All are encouraged to attend. This webinar will be live and highly interactive, so bring your challenges and frustrations to the call.
