Statement of Purpose

The purpose of the Professional Fiduciary Association of California is to:

• provide information to the membership on economic, social and political developments likely to affect the professional fiduciary;

• provide continuing education and promote minimum standards in the administration of conservatorships, guardianships, trusts, estates and durable powers of attorney;

* build and maintain awareness of this association among families, attorneys, probate court officials, various city and county agencies, and among present and potential fiduciaries;

• provide advocacy with the state legislature;

•cooperate with the courts of this state.
